We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner for GDPR and all of your information is securely stored on our platform.

You are able to amend your answers at any time prior to the submission for our review. After submission you are able to manage the data you have shared, this becomes a working set of information for your business so to ensure our advice/guidance can remain relevant please keep it updated.
The data you provide enables us to produce the documents as part of our service – you have free access to download these documents at any time.
Our platform regularly reviews any changes you make to your answers, or changes in your business you inform us about – this means your documents are kept up to date and relevant.
Of course – we provide answers you provided in a report format – this could help you work offline in reviewing those answers. Depending on your package we may charge for this service.
As our platform uses dynamic questioning to ensure we don’t ask irrelevant questions we don’t provide a standard template for uploading answers.
The Business Baseline is integral to our core services – it enables us to deliver the other services at the advertised low prices.
For our free package there is no option for a refund.
For other paid for packages we offer a free 14 day refund on the understanding that you have not viewed or downloaded more than 50% of the generated materials for your package.
He is highly knowledgeable and takes the time when necessary to explain things in layman’s terms so I actually understand what he means.
