Job Overview

As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and fostering long-term relationships with our clients. Your analytical skills will be essential in understanding market trends and client needs, enabling you to provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for new business.
- Utilise HubSpot to manage client accounts, track sales activities, and report on performance metrics.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends and potential areas for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our products and services.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns promptly.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales or account management role, preferably within a related industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Hubspot or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, demonstrating initiative and creativity in overcoming challenges.
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential.

Salary

Base £25,000 - £26,000 per annum (OTE £37,500 - £39,000)
